Important: NexBoard stores all data locally on your device only. We hold no personal data on any server. Most rights below are exercised directly on your device.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access — request a copy of any personal data held about you
- Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data
- Right to Data Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to Object — object to processing of your personal data
Exercising Your Rights On-Device
Because all NexBoard data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise most rights directly:
- Access & Review: All data is visible inside the App (stats, settings)
- Reset Stats: Settings → Reset Stats (clears all game statistics immediately)
- Full Data Deletion: Device Settings → Apps → NexBoard → Storage → Clear Data
- Complete Removal: Uninstall the App — all locally stored data is permanently deleted
