All content, code, graphics, and AI logic within NexBoard are the property of MKDEV. The game rules for Chess, Checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe, Morabaraba, Othello, and Go are in the public domain; MKDEV's specific implementation, artwork, and AI are proprietary.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. MKDEV does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MKDEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
NexBoard is suitable for all ages. The App does not collect personal data and complies with the Google Play Families Policy. Parents and guardians may allow children to use the App freely.
We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted in Play Store release notes.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. MKDEV may discontinue the App or remove it from distribution platforms at any time without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
